We're a long-standing, successful manufacturing company located in River Falls that's adding a Customer Service Representative to our team.

Who You Are:

You're a personable, energetic representative and have at least two years of account management/customer service experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment. You're mechanically inclined and are naturally curious about how things work. You have a "can do" attitude and the words "That's not my job" aren't in your vocabulary.

The Role Is:

You will serve as the primary point of contact and respond to client inquiries via email and phone. You'll ask probing questions to ensure we're getting our clients the best product for their application, explain product features/benefits, put together accurate bids/quotes in a timely manner, and shepherd orders through the manufacturing and shipping processes.

Your Background:

You have at least two years of account management, inside sales, or customer service experience. You have strong tenure in your work history, a quick learner, and are no stranger to tackling additional responsibilities or miscellaneous projects.

Other Pertinent Details:

The Customer Service Representative position pays $60K+ per year, depending on experience. This opportunity also has ample room for growth for the right person.
