What We're Looking For 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment. Previous experience with internet service provider troubleshooting and home networking preferred, but not required. Open availability between 8am - 9pm ET Sunday through Saturday. Must currently reside in the state of West Virginia to be considered. Must meet our Equipment Requirements outlined below.
