The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper billing and obtaining prior authorizations for our patients. ## Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with medical devices
Collaborate with healthcare staff to address equipment concerns promptly
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology ## Skills
Proficiency in medical terminology and coding
Knowledge of medical collection processes
Familiarity with medical records systems
