The UPS Store in Jackson is seeking friendly and outgoing Customer Service Associates to join our team! This role offers the unique opportunity to connect with both locals and tourists, providing exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities include sorting, packing, and processing shipments efficiently. We pride ourselves in delivering world-class customer service. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we provide all the training you'll need to succeed. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.
