We are looking for someone who takes pride in preparing high-quality desserts and beverages and can work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and beautifully present desserts, baked goods, crepes, and other sweet items Prepare fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, mocktails, coffee, and tea Assist with dessert decorating, plating, and presentation Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service Inform customers about specials and new menu items and answer questions Package and serve desserts, food, and beverages as needed Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked Sweet Bar Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, counters, and work areas Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered Follow recipes, portion standards, preparation methods, and presentation guidelines Learn new dessert recipes, beverage blends, and presentation techniques Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and quality-control standards Multitask and work efficiently during busy shifts Assist with other restaurant duties when needed Complete additional tasks as instructed by the

Supervisor/Manager Qualifications:

Previous dessert, bakery, café, juice bar, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Willing to learn and be trained Reliable, responsible, and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and presentation Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly and professional with customers Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and willing to assist in different areas when needed Potential for growth and increased responsibility over time, based on performance and business needs
