Open to respectful coaching and feedback to grow beyond airbrush tanning. Advancement opportunities include Supervisor, Trainer, Regional Manager, or even owning your own OBB franchise.

Dependability:

Reliable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and clients.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable bending, stretching, squatting, and moving throughout the day without strain.

Cleanliness:

Must take pride in maintaining a spotless, organized salon environment. (If cleaning is not your strong suit, this role is not the right fit.)

Solution oriented with a positive attitude. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
