Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents Understanding of wiring and signal flow Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Lutron QSX) Advanced understanding of networking Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV, automation, lighting and environmental controls Control System Programming Train clients on use of systems Provide excellent customer service Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience (PREFERRED) 5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience Crestron Home, Lutron, Control4, URC, and RTI Araknis, Ruckus, and SonicWall Haas Entertainment's Contribution to
