Cal Coast Telecom is seeking an organized and detail-oriented AV Project Coordinator to support our Audio Visual team. This position works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Technicians, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination Maintain project documentation, folders, and tracking logs Prepare submittals, closeout packages, and project records Coordinate material orders, warehouse pick tickets, and equipment tracking Assist with project billing support and documentation Track technician and engineering time entries Create project Teams channels and support project setup activities Assist with change orders and project updates Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams Experience in construction, telecommunications, low voltage, AV, or a project-based environment preferred Why Join Us? Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
