We are seeking an experienced Freelance Audio Visual Technician to provide on-site technical support in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused AV professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in high-profile corporate settings. Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in a technology-related field and/or a minimum of three years of professional experience supporting audiovisual systems and events. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site audiovisual and multimedia support for corporate meetings, presentations, and events. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment and integrated systems. Support executive meetings, town halls, webinars, video conferences, and live events. Partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver a seamless user experience. Ensure meeting rooms and event spaces are prepared, tested, and fully operational before scheduled use. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence. Technical Qualifications Projection systems and display technologies Crestron control systems AV switching, routing, and signal management systems Video Conferencing and Audio Conferencing platforms Integrated meeting room technologies Event Support Strong understanding of audiovisual and IT infrastructure Knowledge of current AV technologies, standards, and industry trends Ability to operate digital audio consoles (A1) for live events Ability to operate as a (V1) for live events Ability to read and interpret AV system diagrams, signal flow documentation, and technical drawings Experience supporting live corporate events and executive presentations Experience with
