Since 1984, we've delivered industry-leading creativity, experience, and technology to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are seeking a full-time AV Warehouse Tech to join our Seattle team. This hands-on role offers growth potential and opportunities for AV industry experience for the right person. The position will work closely with and act as a trusted backup for the Operations Manager, managing pulls, returns, deliveries, and inventory while also helping to develop other warehouse processes. This role suits someone who thrives with autonomy, makes sound decisions under pressure, and is ready to grow into greater operational responsibility. Responsibilities
Support day-to-day warehouse operations through coordinating equipment pulls, returns, and deliveries.
Serve as a backup to the Operations Manager, stepping in to make operational decisions and act as shop's primary point of contact as needed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse spaces; oversee inventory tracking and lead cycle counts.
Pull equipment for shows and will-call rentals; stage, label, and verify orders against pick lists.
Check gear back into inventory after events; perform basic QC (function tests, note damage/missing items) and restock to proper locations.
Load and unload gear on vehicles; coordinate and complete deliveries and pickups for shows, rentals, and subrentals using a van or non-CDL 26' box truck.
Manage shipping and receiving; verify counts, process RMAs/returns, and maintain accurate records in rental/inventory systems.
Assist new equipment intake, asset tagging, and data integrity in rental/inventory software.
Identify and recommend improvements to warehouse workflows, space utilization, and inventory processes.
Communicate professionally with clients, venues, drivers, technicians, and internal teams regarding schedules, changes, and order readiness.

Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and keep operations running smoothly with independent judgment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Valid driver's license; comfortable operating a cargo van and up to a 26' non-CDL box truck with a safe driving approach.
Forklift certified or willing to be trained/certified (company provided).
Computer proficiency and familiarity with rental/inventory software; experience with navigating and managing data systems a plus.
Professional, courteous, and confident communication with clients, venues, and internal teams; comfortable representing MeyerPro in the Operations Manager's absence.
Knowledge of basic load securement and dock/venue procedures preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and maneuver road cases/material-handling equipment.
Schedule flexibility — able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
