Work Location:

100% ON-SITE at wedding venues and event spaces throughout the Bay Area (This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position)

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule :

Part-time, event-based, mainly weekends only

Role:

T.D.E. Wedding is seeking a motivated Wedding & Event Production Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on executing weddings and events, including audio, lighting, décor, and floral setup. You'll work directly with our production team to ensure every detail is in place for our clients' big day.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Setup & Teardown:

Set up and tear down event elements (Audio equipment, backdrops, drapery, floral installations, and décor structures).

Team Player:

Work alongside the Production Leader to ensure venue layouts match design plans.

Equipment Handling:

Carefully load and unload production vehicles before and after events.

On-Site Troubleshooting:

Assist with live event needs and quick problem-solving during setup.

Requirements:

Weekend availability only; schedule varies per event (typical hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM). Strong hands-on skills needed，able to work in a fast-paced team environment Event production or AV setup experience preferred. Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs.
