As we continue to grow, we are expanding our in-house creative and digital communication capabilities to support brand development, marketing campaigns, customer communications, recruiting initiatives, and business growth across our markets. Reporting to the Head of Content, the Creative Services Manager leads the creative team and oversees digital communications across email, website, social media, paid media, print, and other customer-facing channels. This hands-on role turns brand strategy into clear, consistent creative work and ensures projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day creative and digital communication execution across marketing campaigns, email, website, social media, paid media, recruiting initiatives, print collateral, customer communications, and other branded assets Manage and mentor designers, creative specialists, and internal contributors, assigning work based on priorities and team capacity Own the Creative Services workflow within Asana, including project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, timelines, resource allocation, approvals, and reporting Oversee digital communication plans, content calendars, and publishing schedules across email, website, and social media Partner with department leaders to prioritize requests and translate business goals into clear creative briefs and communication plans Review and approve copy, design, digital content, and campaign materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency Provide art direction and constructive feedback for graphic design, photography, video, and other creative assets Collaborate with marketing, content, recruiting, operations, and field teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, announcements, and local market initiatives Monitor performance across digital channels and use campaign, email, website, and social media metrics to recommend improvements Contribute hands-on design, copy-editing, and content development for priority campaigns, presentations, advertisements, sales materials, and branded communications as needed Maintain design systems, templates, brand standards, and the creative asset library Oversee digital platforms, vendors, and files prepared for web, email, print, and production Improve creative workflows, file management, quality assurance, and project delivery Collaborate in person 4-5 days per week with marketing, recruiting, operations, and field teams Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment What You'll Bring 6-8 years of experience in creative services, digital communications, brand design, marketing design, or an agency environment, including multi-channel campaign work 2+ years of experience leading creative projects, managing creative teams, or developing team members Strong portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative leadership, campaign development, and hands-on design execution Experience developing creative concepts and art direction across digital, print, video, advertising, and brand campaigns Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice Experience with social media, email marketing, content management systems, digital publishing, and performance reporting Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Asana or a comparable project management platform Strong understanding of brand management, design systems, digital communications, and visual storytelling Ability to manage multiple priorities, keep projects on schedule, and communicate clearly with stakeholders Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy Key Attributes for Success Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, develop, and hold creative teams accountable Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and locations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects Strategic and creative thinking with a focus on brand consistency and business results Adaptability and a process-improvement mindset in a fast-paced, growing organization #INDA1 Benefits and other cool stuff: Medical, dental, vision, 401K Paid Time Off Weekly Pay Internal Promotion opportunities Company swag A1 Garage Door (and affiliate companies) provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
