Full Job Description Role Summary:

Leads the creative direction of the salon, ensuring services, trends, and branding stay modern, innovative, and appealing to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new services, trends, and styling concepts. Mentor and train stylists on advanced techniques. Maintain the salon's creative image and represent the brand in events and media. Collaborate with management on brand and marketing initiatives.
