Duties Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive visual campaigns across digital, print, video, and motion graphics, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of graphic designers, illustrators, motion graphic artists, and web designers to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee large-scale creative projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives. Develop and maintain branding guidelines, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all channels. Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision to produce high-quality assets. Direct photo shoots, video content production, and print advertising initiatives while maintaining high standards of visual design and layout. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling marketing designs that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Stay current on industry trends in digital design, typography, color theory, motion graphics, and web development to continuously elevate creative output. Experience Proven experience as a Creative Director or Art Director within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print media, and motion graphics. Extensive knowledge of graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision is highly desirable. Strong background in art direction with the ability to manage large-scale projects while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing creative teams effectively across multiple disciplines such as visual storytelling, web design, photography, video editing, and print production. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with marketing strategists, product teams, and external vendors. Deep understanding of typography design for media platforms combined with expertise in color theory and visual hierarchy principles.
