Newspaper Apply Description General Definition:
Responsible for creating, organizing, recording, editing, and playing back server-based media before, during and after productions in conjunction with the Video Service Manager request.
Essential Job Functions:
Preparing and operating in the Replay Role during Live Racing. Recording, cueing, and replaying Live Horse Racing (slow motion & real time). Recording and monitoring DVR equipment for the Stewards use. Dubbing DVR recordings to DVD and delivering them to Security at the Stable Gate each day/night of live racing. Converting and exporting QuickTime files to H.264 files for archive purposes. Playing Commercials and Entertainment Videos. Operating a Ross Router (DashBoard Program). Establishing good working relationships with internal and external clients. Dependability, good attendance and occasional overtime required. Will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education & Training:
High school diploma or GED; or two years related experience and/or training; or 2 years combination. 2 years' work related experience and/or training; or combination.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Video experience Computer experience Technically minded Detail oriented Works well under pressure Willingness to learn Customer Service skills
Training:
Responsible Gaming "On-air" live replay experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency if applicable to perform the essential job functions Texas Racing Commission License (TXRC)
