Position Summary The Senior DP and Editor is responsible for producing high-quality video content for clients and internal marketing initiatives from production through final delivery. This role oversees all aspects of video production and post-production, ensuring creative excellence, technical quality, and on-time completion. The Senior DP and Editor collaborates Director of Video production and Producer, while managing production equipment and creating compelling visual content across a variety of digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities Video Production:

Lead video productions from on-location or studio shoots through final delivery. Coordinate production schedules, crew, talent, locations, and shoot logistics. Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment during productions. Direct on-set production activities while maintaining creative vision and production efficiency. Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges to keep productions running smoothly.

Post-Production:

Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Perform color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and finishing as needed. Export and deliver final assets optimized for broadcast, web, social media, and other digital platforms. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Client Collaboration:

Serve as the primary production contact during video shoots when assigned as lead DP. Build positive working relationships with clients and on-camera talent. Communicate professionally throughout the production process to ensure a seamless client experience. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to achieve project goals.

Photography & Digital Content:

Capture professional photography to support client marketing initiatives. Produce photo and video content optimized for social media and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand standards, creative direction, and campaign objectives.

Equipment, Media, and Asset Management:

Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and accessories. Manage digital media, file organization, backups, and archival processes. Monitor equipment inventory and recommend maintenance, repairs, or replacement as needed.

•Please be aware that pay scale is determined individually and is based on skillset and length of experience.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
