Apply online, here . We're looking for experienced freelance designers to join our creative roster and contribute to our in-house publications: (614) Magazine , Stock & Barrel , and Refined . This opportunity is specifically focused on magazine and custom publication design. Ideal candidates have a strong editorial eye and know how to transform written stories, photography, and other visual elements into thoughtful, engaging layouts. About the Opportunity This is an ongoing remote freelance engagement where designers will collaborate with our Creative Director and editorial team to: Design editorial features, departments, and other magazine content Develop layouts that complement and strengthen written and visual storytelling Maintain consistency with each publication's established brand and design standards Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital publication Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines within established publishing schedules Qualifications Demonstrated experience in editorial, magazine, or custom publication design Strong command of page layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of print production Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and editorial teams Strong organizational and time-management skills A portfolio featuring relevant editorial or publication design work Interested candidates should submit portfolios with their application.
