Marlove Flowers s is looking for an experienced Florist to join our flower shop at the Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo, CA. We are a boutique floral atelier business focused on fresh, thoughtfully designed arrangements and friendly, attentive customer service. We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of retail experience who enjoys working with customers, has a good eye for design, and is comfortable in a busy shop environment. Responsibilities

• Create fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, and custom orders
• Help customers choose flowers for gifts, homes, events, and special occasions
• Take in-store, phone, and online orders accurately
• Keep flowers fresh, organized, and well cared for throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented shop
• Process payments and assist with daily retail operations
• Prepare orders for pickup and delivery
• Support holiday orders, seasonal displays, and special projects as needed Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in a retail environment required
• Floral design experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good sense of color, style, and presentation
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail setting
• Weekend and holiday availability required About You You enjoy working with flowers and people.

You are friendly, dependable, and take pride in doing careful, beautiful work. You understand the pace of a high-end retail shop and know how to make customers feel welcome and well cared for. Schedule Full-time or part-time, depending on experience and availability. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
