In this role, you will bring a balance of creative artistry and operational discipline . You will design both modern and traditional arrangements, process incoming inventory, strictly adhere to stem-price budget calculations, and ensure a premium service experience for corporate accounts, weddings, and walk-in clients Duties Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for various occasions Design and assist with wedding consultations Design and assemble funeral arrangements Craft high-quality, clean, modern, and traditional flower arrangements based on standard shop recipe books or custom client specifications Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on plant care and floral design options Maintain the appearance of the sales floor through merchandising, stocking flowers and supplies, and organizing displays to attract customers Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures Provide exceptional customer service through friendly phone communication and in-person interactions to enhance the shopping experience Support our team with deliveries if necessary for last-minute orders Collaborate with the team to execute event florals Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team Experience Previous experience in floral design or retail floristry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Minimum of two years of experience in funeral floral design Minimum of two years of experience in wedding design Minimum of two years of professional event floral experience Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and inventory records efficiently Excellent communication skills in
