E&e Flowers E&e Flowers is looking for an experienced floral designer to join our team. We're a busy, family-run flower shop known for our creative, garden-style designs and thoughtful customer service. If you have a sharp eye for design, a strong work ethic, enjoy working with customers, and have a passion for flowers, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of floral design experience Strong design skills and a keen eye for color palettes, texture, and composition Must be comfortable designing funeral arrangements, including sprays, crosses, wreaths, baskets, and other sympathy pieces A design style that aligns with our aesthetic — visit our website and Instagram (@eandeflowers) for reference Comfortable lifting 20+ lbs and standing for extended periods Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy seasons, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other holidays Reliable, flexible, and a team player

Customer Service & Shop Responsibilities:

This is not strictly a behind-the-scenes design position. It also includes interacting directly with our customers and helping with the day-to-day operations of the shop. Provide friendly, professional customer service both in person and over the phone Take floral orders accurately by phone and in person Assist customers with choosing appropriate flowers, arrangements, and designs for different occasions Comfortably use a computer and POS/order-entry system to enter and process orders Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills are required Must be personable, patient, and comfortable speaking with customers Help with general shop tasks as needed — we're a small team, so everyone pitches in

Pay is based on experience and skill level.
