Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:00 PM | $19.00/hour We are a busy wholesale florist looking for an experienced, creative, and dependable Floral Designer / Merchandiser to join our team. We are seeking someone with floral design experience who will initially work in merchandising to become familiar with our products, inventory, customers, and wholesale operation. As you learn our product line and business, this position will transition into a role that includes more floral design responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced floral designer who enjoys being creative but is also comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on wholesale environment. Responsibilities Merchandise and create attractive displays throughout our warehouse and showroom Stock and organize floral products, containers, vases, hard goods, and supplies Receive, unload, count, and organize incoming merchandise Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays Learn our extensive product line and inventory Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service Create and refresh seasonal and holiday displays Design floral arrangements and other floral products Assist with special design projects, displays, and seasonal needs Work closely with management and other team members to meet the needs of our customers What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, balance, texture, and presentation and understands the fundamentals of professional floral design. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in floral design Creative with a strong sense of style and presentation Self-motivated and dependable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Friendly and customer-service oriented Willing to learn our products and wholesale floral operation Comfortable with the physical demands of merchandising and warehouse work Requirements Previous floral design experience required High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and merchandise products throughout the shift Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM Full-Time $19.00 per hour Paid weekly Overtime paid after 40 hours About the Opportunity This position is designed for someone who wants to combine floral design with merchandising and product presentation .
