We are seeking a someone with floral design and coordinator experience. We are especially interested in finding like minded people with a passion customer care, flowers and a desire to grow with the business. This person will have an attitude of excellence, entrepreneurial spirit, and professional demeanor. With a desire to help build a positive and productive team atmosphere. This is a fast paced environment so a strong work ethic , healthy sense of urgency and efficiency mind set is vital. This person will be eager to learn all aspects of shop operations such as customer care, design, coordinating orders and dispatching drivers, opening, closing and daily operations. Efficiency and organization are key. Ability to learn in a variety of ways, being a self-starter, strengths in independent study and being able to take constructive criticism in a creative field will help contribute to your success in this role.

Customer Care:

taking orders, answering questions, etc Assisting customers in retail space and over phone Assisting in daily shop operations, very organized and detail-orientated Daily design room operations such as processing flowers, cleaning, etc. Some floral design Training in operations with a goal of becoming an Coordinator or Lead You will be working with the team to build a stellar reputation in the community. Being able to maintain high work standards and process constructive criticism is a must. Our shop is working hard to build and establish a brand and style. Everyone on the team is responsible for making sure each gift that leaves our shop represents us well and the client's vision to the best of our ability. Seeking strong team members that are comfortable maintaining excellence while being both quick and efficient. A sample of working conditions include: Continuous hand manipulation including grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine skills Reaching above head and at shoulder level Standing and bending for 8 to 12 hours per day (possibly more during holidays) Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs We are open 6-days a week. Seeking someone available to work Saturdays as needed. Understand that during the holidays, these are busy times for florists and we will need a strong team that can work as many hours as needed.
