Job Description

Graphic Designer Huwa Enterprises is a nationally renowned land reclamation and restoration company, that has successfully reclaimed over 2.2 million acres of land across 43 states in the US. Occasional travel to project sites, company locations, and events The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual communications that strengthen and protect the company's brand across all divisions. This role designs print and digital marketing materials, develops creative assets for campaigns and events, and ensures every piece of visual communication aligns with the company's brand standards. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the Brand Manager, Events Manager, and Content Creator/Videographer to produce high-quality marketing materials that support business development, recruiting, internal communications, and customer engagement. Manage multiple concurrent design requests and produce accurate, brand-consistent materials within frequently changing priorities and tight deadlines. Essential Responsibilities Brand & Creative Design
  • Design marketing materials that align with company brand standards.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all company communications.
  • Create compelling graphics for both digital and print applications.
  • Assist in evolving and maintaining the company's visual identity.
Marketing Campaign Support Design assets for digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, sales collateral, product launches, recruiting campaigns, community outreach, and internal communications. Print & Production Design and prepare files for brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, banners, trade show displays, vehicle wraps, packaging, signage, promotional products, business cards, presentation materials, and other materials as needs arise. Digital Design Create graphics for company websites, landing pages, social media, digital advertisements, email newsletters, infographics, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft templates, and other digital materials as needs arise. Event Support Develop graphics for trade shows, conferences, customer and employee events, sponsorship activations, booth displays, wayfinding signage, event programs, name badges, branded giveaways, and other event materials as needs arise.
Collaboration Work closely with:
  • Director of Marketing on creative direction
  • Brand Manager on campaigns
  • Events Manager on event materials
  • Content Creator/Videographer on integrated campaigns
  • Business development teams on sales materials
  • HR on recruiting and employee communications Asset Management
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and archives.
  • Manage logos, fonts, photography, templates, and brand files.
  • Ensure all marketing materials use current branding. Quality Assurance
  • Review all materials for brand consistency.
  • Proof designs before production.
  • Ensure print specifications are accurate.
  • Coordinate with vendors when necessary. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing Design, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Experience
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong print and digital design
  • Experience preparing files for commercial printing
  • Experience working within established brand guidelines Required Skills Strong skills in typography, layout and composition, color theory, branding, print production, digital design, attention to detail, time management, creative problem-solving, project management, and communication.
Preferred Software Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat; Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; and AI-powered creative tools. Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by brand consistency across all materials, on-time project completion, internal customer satisfaction, creative quality, print accuracy, campaign support effectiveness, organized and accessible design assets, and the timely delivery of marketing materials. Work Requirements Normal working hours vary between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with the expectation of a 40-hour work week, As necessary based on special events or other business needs, overtime may be required, including some evening or weekend work. Position is performed on site and based in Keenesburg, CO at the corporate office; Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, which may include criminal, MVR and drug and alcohol screening. Must hold and maintain a driver's license, in good standing with all Company requirements. Must maintain a professional appearance appropriate for the anticipated activities of the day, with business casual or casual dress as the typical norm.

$60,000-$82,000 annually (depending on experience)

Essential Functions Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate noise on occasion. The climate in the facility is temperate with no large temperature swings or exposure to weather. Occasional exposure to various outdoor conditions during special events or when leaving the facility for pick-ups or deliveries. Some exposure to extreme cold will occur when working in the meat freezer.
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently lift 10-15 pounds, occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, and very occasionally 50 pounds or slightly more with office supplies and other items for special events. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to work on computer screens and with paperwork with typical font sizes a large portion of the day. Must be able to hear and verbally communicate while operating the switchboard and staffing the front office. Must be able to receive information, retain directions and put those directives into action to accomplish work tasks.
