Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced large format print production professional for our custom interior sign and fabrication operations. Note that we do not currently work with outdoor commercial signage or monuments.

• This is a direct hands-on position working with art and design, print production, fabrication, and finishing across multiple platforms.
• Includes management of inbound art, art creation, and correction both in-house and outsourced
• Platforms include laser engraving, laser cutting, flatbed and roll-fed UV digital printing, CNC routing, dye sublimation, and outsourcing of both print and graphic design
• Pre-flight as well as some graphics creation and development through completion as the projects requires.
• Help maintain file preparation, file uploads and organization.
• Coordination of equipment maintenance, both internal and through service providers.
• Work as necessary in the development of new products, refinement of existing products and continual production efficiency improvements, including time management and recordkeeping. Requirements
• Successful individual will have a proven track record in a fast paced multifaceted graphics and manufacturing department. This is a hands-on position. Experience managing a successful sign shop a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator preferred, and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Hands on experience with digital production printing equipment, and CNC programming.
• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Clean driving record
