Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across a variety of media, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling through compelling design. Your creativity and technical expertise will drive the visual identity of our projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, helping us connect with audiences and elevate our brand presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects while honing your skills in a collaborative environment. Duties Develop and execute visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision. Create engaging branding elements such as logos, icons, and visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing goals. Design layouts for print materials including brochures, posters, packaging, and signage with precise attention to color management, typography, and prepress specifications. Produce motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance multimedia storytelling. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support campaign objectives and ensure consistency across all media channels. Prepare comprehensive design files optimized for production or digital deployment while adhering to technical specifications like HTML, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress. Apply principles of digital art, illustration, photo manipulation, and photo editing to craft visually compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Experience Proven experience in graphic design or visual communication with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, print production, and branding. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of typography design for media along with color theory and layout principles. Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web design projects; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is preferred. Experience creating motion graphics or animations using Adobe After Effects or similar tools is highly desirable. Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes or print advertising is a plus. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
