Review graphic orders for accuracy, including sizing, quantities, substrates, finishes, and production details before release. Perform quality-control reviews of printed graphics and finished products upon delivery, confirming materials, dimensions, colors, quantities, and overall quality meet project requirements. Identify and resolve discrepancies between approved artwork, production specifications, and delivered products. Support proposal and RFP development with presentation graphics, renderings, and visual concepts. Assist with branding and creative design projects as needed. Support on-site event installations and graphic-related needs when required. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, environmental graphics, events, exhibits, signage, or related fields. Strong understanding of print production processes, large-format graphics, substrates, finishing methods, and production workflows. Ability to accurately prepare files and specifications for fabrication and print production. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to review and verify dimensions, materials, quantities, and production outputs with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with branded environments, exhibits, trade shows, events, or architectural graphics is highly desirable. Knowledge of fabrication processes and installation methods is a plus.
