Job Overview In this role, your primary focus will be split between precision hands-on wiring work on the machines we build and diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues that arise during assembly, testing, and commissioning. Working within electrical production, you will serve as a vital link between production and engineering — helping ensure every machine is wired correctly and performs to spec before it leaves the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Intricate Wiring & Assembly:
Execute complex, high-precision wiring builds, panel wiring, and harness assemblies on our machines while maintaining an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship, organization, and cleanliness.
Machine Troubleshooting & Diagnostics:
Diagnose electrical faults uncovered during assembly, testing, and commissioning, isolate root causes efficiently, and implement fixes to keep production on schedule.
Engineering Collaboration:
Partner with design and electrical engineers to review schematics, provide actionable assembly-level feedback, and enhance the accuracy of electrical documentation.
Quality Control:
Ensure all electrical assemblies and repairs adhere to strict safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and industry compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Proven professional background in electrical wiring, panel building, and harness assemblies, combined with hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial machines and equipment.
Diagnostic Mindset:
Strong ability to systematically troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, using test equipment (multimeters, etc.) to isolate faults quickly and accurately. Pride in

Blueprint Literacy:
Exceptional ability to read, interpret, and critically evaluate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to comfortably bridge the gap between hands-on repair/assembly work and engineering design.
Component-Level Soldering:
Experience with soldering delicate circuit components.
