Project Development Full Job Description Scope of Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development and maintenance of marketing pieces while also supporting other department initiatives.
Job Duties:
Design graphics for digital, print, web, and social media. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets. Collaborate on campaign concepts. Support internal customer design requests. Incorporate feedback from internal customers and take creative direction from stakeholders. Work with photographers, videographers, web programmers, and others. Prepare final files for production and publishing. Coordinate with vendors for project quotes and delivery of materials. Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously. Develop and maintain an understanding of ProAct's business. Responsible for attending workshops, seminars, or other developmental opportunities as identified to improve individual and/or team performance. Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design and/or fine arts. Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in print and digital media.
Experience:
Minimum five years of experience in graphic design. Ability to take projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design.
