Overview Ayzo Ridge Design is seeking a Graphic Designer in Signage and Wayfinding to join our creative team. This hands-on role combines creative graphic design with technical signage and wayfinding design, offering the opportunity to create visually compelling and functional solutions that enhance navigation, strengthen brand identity, and shape how people experience a space. Our designers work on projects from concept through production, transforming ideas into engaging, effective designs while maintaining clarity, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll develop signage and wayfinding systems, create client-specific designs, and prepare detailed sign packages for a variety of environments. Working closely with our project management and fabrication teams, you'll help ensure each design successfully moves from concept on the computer to a finished, fabricated product in the real world. Your creativity and technical expertise will play an important role in guiding people seamlessly through spaces while bringing each client's brand and vision to life. What You'll Work On Interior and exterior signage ADA-compliant signage Wayfinding systems Sign Information Packages (SIPs) Client branding and artwork Original design concepts and sign families Detailed production and construction drawings Sign placement and floor plan coordination Permitting and engineering-related design requirements Artwork cleanup, vectorizing, and production preparation Ayzo Ridge marketing and promotional materials What the Position Looks Like You'll work closely with the Ayzo Ridge Design project management team throughout the life of a project. Some projects begin with client-supplied branding that needs to be translated into a complete signage and wayfinding system. Others will give you the opportunity to develop original concepts, explore creative solutions, and present design options. As projects move toward production, you'll help create accurate drawing packages and coordinate design details with project managers, fabrication, permitting, and engineering. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being creative while also working through the technical details that bring a design to life. What We're Looking For Experience or education in graphic design or a related field Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Ability to create clean, professional vector artwork Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn signage standards, technical requirements, and production processes Ability or willingness to learn how to read floor plans and project documentation Ability to take feedback and revise designs efficiently Organized and comfortable managing multiple projects Able to collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams Experience with signage, wayfinding, ADA design, architectural graphics, environmental graphic design, or production design is a plus, but we are willing to train the right designer.
