Front-End Leadership / General Manager CGS Imaging has entered an exciting new chapter as part of the AGI platform, a North American fleet and environmental graphics company focused on strong teams, clear communication, and a great experience for both customers and employees. As CGS continues to grow within the AGI platform, we are building on the company's strong environmental graphics foundation while adding additional structure, communication, and support across the business. We are looking for an experienced Environmental Graphics Project Manager who wants to be part of a team-first culture built around ownership, trust, accountability, communication, and follow-through. The right person will bring the qualities of an ideal team player: humble enough to work well across departments, hungry enough to take ownership and keep projects moving, and smart enough to communicate clearly with customers, teammates, vendors, contractors, architects, builders, and installation partners. This is not an entry-level coordinator position. We are looking for someone with direct experience managing environmental graphics projects from start to finish. About the Role The Environmental Graphics Project Manager will manage assigned projects from handoff through completion, including scope review, site coordination, production handoff, budget awareness, installation scheduling, customer communication, punch list follow-up, and closeout. This role requires someone who is comfortable being hands-on with projects, understands how work moves through real job sites, and can coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, architects, builders, installers, production teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage environmental graphics projects from handoff through final completion.
  • Review project scope, drawings, specifications, site conditions, measurements, materials, timelines, budgets, and installation requirements.
  • Read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, elevations, site plans, and related project documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, builders, vendors, installers, production teams, and internal departments.
  • Manage approvals, revisions, scope changes, change order communication, punch list items, customer signoff, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate site readiness, access requirements, field measurements, installation timing, travel needs, and customer communication.
  • Track project status, provide proactive updates, follow up consistently, and escalate issues early when needed.
  • Travel to job sites and customer locations as needed to support project success.
  • Support a team-first culture built on ownership, trust, communication, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed as the company continues to grow, scale, and improve its systems, structure, and processes. Qualifications
  • Direct experience managing environmental graphics, architectural graphics, experiential graphics, signage, print, construction, or installation-based projects.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, elevations, site plans, and project specifications.
  • Experience working directly with contractors, architects, builders, customers, vendors, and installers.
  • Experience managing project timelines, scope, budgets, change orders, installation schedules, and closeout items.
  • Comfortable visiting job sites, walking projects, reviewing site conditions, and communicating with field teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
  • Professional, dependable, low ego, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across departments.
