PART-TIME IN-HOUSE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Incentive Travel & Events Rocky River, Ohio | Part-Time W-2 | 15-16 Hours/Week | $25-$30/Hour Do you love great design, travel, and creating beautiful materials people actually get excited to receive? The GRA Group is a boutique incentive travel company based in Rocky River. We create and manage incentive travel experiences for corporate clients and their guests, and we're looking for a talented part-time in-house Graphic Designer to become a long-term member of our team. This could be an ideal position for an experienced designer who wants interesting professional work, consistent part-time hours, and a predictable daytime schedule without a traditional 40-hour workweek.

What You'll Create:

Our graphics help tell the story of each trip - from the first proposal a client sees through the communications and materials travelers receive before and during their experience. Interactive client proposals and pre-proposals Travel and destination communications Email and Mailchimp graphics Invitations and event materials Trip and traveler communications Resort and destination imagery Client-branded graphics Updates and revisions to existing templates Other creative materials supporting our incentive travel programs You'll work with beautiful resorts, destinations and travel imagery while maintaining both GRA and individual client brand standards. Creativity + Organization We're looking for someone who is both creative and exceptionally organized. We manage multiple clients and trips simultaneously, so keeping resources, client files, drafts, versions and final materials organized is an important part of this position. You'll work within an established Design Manual and workflow and use systems including SharePoint, Clio, Trello, Mailchimp and professional graphic-design software . You don't need to know every one of our systems on day one. We can teach you our process. What matters is that you're comfortable with technology, learn quickly and follow established procedures consistently. You May Be a Great Fit If You... Have a strong graphic-design portfolio Have excellent layout and typography skills Can work within established brands and templates while still bringing creativity to the project Are extremely organized and detail-oriented Notice the little things and proofread your work carefully Work efficiently and meet deadlines Can handle revisions and quick turnarounds Are comfortable managing several projects at once Take direction well but can work independently once trained Enjoy collaborating with a small team Have an interest in travel, hospitality and events Experience in travel, hospitality, events, marketing or corporate communications is a plus, but not required. Schedule This is an in-office position in Rocky River, generally four days per week. Typical hours are 11:00 AM-3:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, approximately 15-16 hours per week. Because we work in incentive travel, an occasional time-sensitive client request can arise. There may sometimes be a need to work on a Friday or adjust the normal schedule. When that happens, we offer flexibility to shift hours or another workday that week. We're particularly interested in candidates who live within approximately a 20-minute commute of Rocky River. Compensation $25-$30 per hour, W-2, based on experience, skills and portfolio.
