Responsibilities Customize ornaments by applying hand-drawn illustrations, typography, and digital design elements to create personalized pieces. Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to prepare designs for production. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative ornament concepts using art direction principles and visual arts techniques. Operate screen printing and other finishing equipment to ensure high-quality decoration and personalization. Incorporate color theory and layout design principles to enhance visual appeal and ensure consistency across products. Document each customization process meticulously, maintaining accurate records of designs, materials used, and customer specifications. Assist in preparing digital assets for promotional materials, including photography and motion graphics when needed. Requirements Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related visual arts fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration and layout work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Knowledge of typography design for media and visual storytelling techniques to create compelling personalized ornaments. Familiarity with screen printing processes, CAD or 3D animation tools like Maya or SketchUp is a plus. Ability to execute hand-drawn illustrations with attention to detail while integrating digital design elements seamlessly. Strong understanding of color theory, layout design, and visual arts painting techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret customer requests accurately and translate them into beautiful designs.
