We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, sublimation, signs, banners, and vehicle wraps. We are seeking a Production Artist to create color separation/production files, manage personal order flow, while providing support to customers and fellow team members. Qualifications Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is required. Training will be provided on all other appropriate procedures for all equipment and processes. Must understand color and be able to create a design concept for scratch if needed. Ability to draw is desired, but not necessary. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop The ability to multitask and run several projects at once Comfortable learning new technologies and software packages Screen printing, customer service, or production experience is desirable Interact with production staff, sales, and other artists Demonstrate high attention to detail and time management skills 2 or 4 year degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Job tasks, Responsibilities Review customer supplied art files to ensure quality and production ease. Send art proofs to the customer for their approval. Must be able to make the requested changes in a timely fashion. Create final production-ready files based on supplied specifications Provide solutions and ideas to solve special project requirements Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to complete multiple projects under critical deadlines Maintain a working knowledge of all departmental software, equipment, and work techniques.
