As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, maintaining and updating our WordPress website, and contributing to the overall visual identity of GFI Academy. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, experience with WordPress, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CapCut, and Shopify. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team while meeting deadlines is essential. This position is on-site, and remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative assets. Build, update, and optimize websites using WordPress and Shopify . Create and edit high-impact graphics using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. Connect and manage domain settings for WordPress and Shopify websites. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to produce engaging campaigns and materials. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated on design trends, web standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional graphic design experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign a plus). Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify , including theme customization. Experience connecting and managing domain registrations and DNS settings for websites. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment. A portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print platforms. Photography and video editing experience are a plus
