JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN
Develop and modify mechanical designs using Creo. Support engine installation and cooling system projects. Create and update engineering drawings and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Troubleshoot design issues and perform root cause analysis. Support manufacturing and production implementation activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and modify mechanical designs using Creo. Support engine installation and cooling system projects. Create and maintain engineering drawings and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Troubleshoot design issues and perform root cause analysis. Support manufacturing, testing, and production implementation activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology required. Minimum 2 years of engineering experience required. Proficiency in Creo (Pro/E) and product development is highly desirable.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Creo (Pro/E) modeling and design tools. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. Knowledge of engineering processes, drawing standards, and product development. Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving. Mechanical design, validation testing, and/or simulation experience. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering teams. Experience with TeamCenter and Creo Simulate is a plus.
DESIRED SKILLS
TeamCenter experience. Creo Simulate or similar analysis tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
