Level 1: Listing Development Specialist ($20-$25) Do you love digging into details, uncovering hidden information, and making sure everything is just right? In this role, you'll be responsible for owning the entire listing creation process. From diving deep into product specifics and supersession history to crafting clear, detailed listings and uploading them to multiple platforms, you'll be at the heart of our product presence online. You'll also play an important part in taking great product photos to ensure our listings stand out.

•As part of this role, you'll be working regularly in Microsoft Excel — not just for basic data entry, but for analyzing and manipulating data, building reports, and solving real business problems. We're specifically looking for someone who is comfortable working in Excel on a regular basis and has hands-on experience using functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements, conditional formatting, and Power Query or macros are even better!

What You'll Be Doing:

Researching Product Details:

You'll dig deep into product data, supersession history, old replacement numbers, and other important information to create the most accurate listings possible.

Photography:

Capture high-quality product images that meet platform guidelines and show the products in their best light.

Listing Creation & Management:

Create and maintain clear, accurate listings across a variety of platforms including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Sears, and our website.

Data Handling:

Use your advanced Excel skills to manipulate and organize data, ensuring bulk uploads, revisions, and updates are seamless.

Troubleshooting Listings:

Identify and fix any errors in existing listings to ensure everything is up-to-date and accurate.

Exploring New Resources:

You'll be constantly on the lookout for new tools and resources to improve research accuracy and the overall quality of our listings.

Advanced Excel Skills:

You're comfortable with Excel and know how to work with large datasets, creating formulas, macros, and performing bulk uploads.
