Monitor consumer preferences, competitors, and industry innovations to generate new product ideas. Develop cohesive design stories based on trend forecasts and market research. Create visual and written narratives to guide product development and ensure alignment with brand identity. Design creative and innovative nail patterns and styles that reflect current trends. Produce physical or digital nail boards to showcase design concepts for internal and external presentations. Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer insights to evaluate product performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies align with market demands and business objectives. ■ Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product development, design, or a related role; beauty or fashion industry experience preferred. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and interpret data. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design aesthetics, trends, innovation, and detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design software. Strong understanding of project workflows and effective communication with cross-functional teams and external partners. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred. ■ Preferred Qualifications Experience in beauty, skincare, CPG, or retail industries. Exposure to retail sales channels.
