The Window Treatment & Bedding Specialists is the leading window treatment company in the area. We provide custom window treatments and bedding for both residential and commercial clients. Our products include plantation shutters, blinds, drapery, shades, as well as a variety of motorized window treatments. Immediate opening for a full time Design Consultant.

Requirements:

• Design sales experience is req
• Punctuality is a must! Starting the day on time as well as arriving to appointments on time. Time management is very important in this position
• Applicant should be highly motivated, a people person who loves to sell and generate new clients
• Possess strong organizational skills and can multi task
• Enjoys developing new relationships with potential clients
• Strong basic math skills
• Computer skills, familiar with Mac and IPad
• Nonsmoker
• Works well independently
• Strong communication skills and works well with others
• Friendly, courteous and pleasant with all types of people
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in the Window Treatment and/or Interior Design industry is beneficial but not required.

We provide all training.

Responsibilities include:

• Consult potential clients with a design plan for their window treatments in their home
• Assist walk-in and call-in clients with product information and appointment scheduling
• Submit design quotes to clients
• Foolpw up with potential clients who have received quotes
• Process payments
• Assist in ordering products
• Establish new relationships with interior designers, builders, property managers, etc
• Willibg to travel occasionally for large projects and/or training This is a full time position, M-F 8:30-5:00.

We do not work on the weekends or on holidays. This is a well established, family owned business that has been in the area for over 25 years. We are looking for an eager, enthusiastic person to join our team!

Job Pay:

$75,000

• $150,000+ per year.
