What you'll do: Creates and assists with Interior Design projects for R&R Properties by performing the following duties. Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group's core values. Assists with space planning, furniture layouts, finish selections, and color coordination for commercial interior projects. Supports the creation and updating of drawings, renderings, and project documents using CAD/Revit and related design software. Assists with maintaining project files, suite plans, and design documentation. Conducts research on furniture, materials, finishes, and current design trends. Participates in site visits to gather measurements, photos, and project information. Assists with presentation materials and marketing visuals for design projects. Collaborates with team members on various design and administrative tasks as assigned. Drives to R&R properties and various locations as assigned. What it takes to join our team: Working towards a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Interior Design or related field of study, sophomore or junior status preferred Why R&R Realty?
