Job Description

Residential Interior Designer Established Metro Detroit interior design firm seeking an experienced Residential Interior Designer to join our collaborative and growing team. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, technically strong, and confident managing the details of high-end residential new construction projects from concept through installation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Professional residential interior design experience preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD required Strong space planning, elevations, and technical drawing skills Knowledge of residential construction, cabinetry, finishes, furnishings, and materials Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable working directly with clients, builders, vendors, and trades The Role Candidate will be involved in all phases of residential design, including concept development, space planning, selections, CAD drawings, presentations, client meetings, site visits, project coordination, and installations. We are looking for someone who is creative, polished, proactive, detail-oriented, and collaboration. Someone who takes ownership of their work, anticipates what comes next, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
