Job Summary Catani Cabinets and it's sister company, Craftmasters Remodeling, are seeking a dynamic and talented Remodeling Designer to join our innovative team! In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming client visions into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise in design, layout planning, and renovation processes will help clients realize their dream homes and commercial spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales skills, technical proficiency, and passion for remodeling to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion. Responsibilities Engage with clients through inside and outside sales channels to understand their remodeling needs and preferences Develop detailed layout designs using SketchUp, 2020,CAD, and lighting design tools that align with client visions and project specifications Present product demos, renovation ideas, and fixture options to clients, upselling premium features when appropriate Review project scope, pricing, and timelines to close deals effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction Coordinate with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and oversee remodeling progress Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ongoing communication, and post-project follow-up Manage project documentation using CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and POS systems for accurate record-keeping and order processing Requirements Proven experience in remodeling sales, interior design, or construction-related roles with a focus on high-end projects. Work schedule is Monday-Friday (no weekends) & hours can vary and do require evenings at least 4 days per week. We do however offer flex time off during the days that you do work evenings Proficiency in design software such as; SketchUp, Chief Arch., Revit, 2020, CAD software design tools, and Microsoft Office Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, maintenance protocols, and fixture sales Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions Ability to perform basic math calculations related to retail math and remodeling estimates accurately Experience with CRM systems, POS systems, merchandising strategies, and marketing techniques Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Customer service-oriented mindset with a talent for building lasting client relationships Technical proficiency in interior design concepts, lighting sales, layout design, and product demos Join us as a Remodeling Designer where your creativity meets technical expertise! Pay:

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
