Customer relationship management, sales closing, and high-end service mindset; ability to build client rapport in kitchen and bath design Experience in remodel/ construction or renovation knowledge; basic math for measurements and layouts Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage projects and coordinate with vendors Summary As a Kitchen & Bath Designer at a very busy Kitchen & Bath Showroom , you will drive stylish, functional spaces for clients from concept to completion. You will collaborate with sales teams, manage client relationships, and translate renovation goals into actionable design plans. Leveraging core skills in customer service, sales, and basic math, you will guide customers through selection, pricing, and project coordination. Your premium capabilities in 2020 design flex software, layout design, construction experience, and high-end sales will ensure accurate designs and confident, timely project delivery. This role reports to the Design Manager. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand kitchen and bath design goals, space planning, and budget constraints. Create and present design concepts using tools like Design flex 2020 design; develop layout designs and material selections. Collaborate with contractors and sales teams to ensure accurate measurements, pricing, and project execution. Maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing communication, and upsell premium solutions as appropriate.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
