Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for assisting customers in designing their dream kitchens and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for interior design and strong sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design
• Utilize 2020 Designer and Sketchup software to create detailed kitchen designs
• Provide product recommendations based on customer requirements and budget
• Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures for their kitchen
• Generate accurate quotes and estimates for kitchen projects
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and new product offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design process
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the final kitchen design

Skills:

• Strong retail sales or outside sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
• Proficiency in 2020 Design and Sketchup software for creating detailed kitchen designs
• Knowledge of stock cabinetry options and custom cabinetry design principles
• Basic understanding of interior design principles and color schemes
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
