Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking someone familiar with Interior Design to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must be thoroughly familiar with the program, Revit. Candidate will be responsible for receiving and understanding design plans, then turning them into Revit drawings/renderings for our projects. Will need to be able to discuss and understand revisions and complete work according to deadlines. We work to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. If you have a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring creative visions to life, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designer to understand designer's plan for each space
• Create digital design renderings that align with designer's goals and vision
• Utilize software such as Sketchup and Revit (preferred) to create visual representations of designs
• Adhere to deadlines
• Be available to meet for revision and planning meetings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup and/or Revit (preferred)

• Strong understanding of design/new construction principles
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for interactions and team collaboration
• Creative eye and attention to detail in all aspects of interior design
