It is primarily a furniture sales and customer service role with some visual merchandising What you would do: Help customers choose furniture and create solutions for their homes. Meet sales goals and KPIs, including Sales Per Hour (SPH). Provide a great customer experience and follow the companys Guest Engagement Model. Help customers with furniture selection, room coordination, and product recommendations. Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays. Follow visual merchandising and styling guidelines.
