It is primarily a furniture sales and customer service role with some visual merchandising What you would do: Help customers choose furniture and create solutions for their homes. Meet sales goals and KPIs, including Sales Per Hour (SPH). Provide a great customer experience and follow the companys Guest Engagement Model. Help customers with furniture selection, room coordination, and product recommendations. Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays. Follow visual merchandising and styling guidelines. Keep pricing, labels, and inventory accurate. Assist with furniture assembly/preparation when needed. Use company computer systems and Microsoft Office. Work with managers to improve your sales performance.What they want:
High school diploma/GED. 1+ year of retail/customer service experience preferred. High-volume sales experience is a plus. Microsoft Office experience. No interior design degree or certification is listed as required. No management experience is required.Pay:
$16.45-$21.38/hour, plus potential team bonuses and benefits depending on eligibility.
