•September 19, 2027 Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Production Translator (English/Spanish) to support communication within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position works primarily on the production floor , providing real-time translation between English

•and Spanish-speaking employees, supervisors, and team leads. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with production employees, has strong verbal communication skills, and can help ensure that safety expectations, quality standards, production goals, and work instructions are clearly understood. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation during production activities. Assist supervisors and team leads with communicating safety requirements, quality standards, production goals, and work instructions . Support employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities. Translate operational information, safety documents, and work-related communications as needed. Remain actively engaged with production employees throughout the shift. Learn manufacturing processes, equipment, and production procedures to provide effective translation support. Help promote clear communication and understanding across the production team. Support a safe, efficient, and productive manufacturing environment. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish , with strong verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment . Willingness and ability to learn manufacturing equipment and processes. Ability to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift . Ability to work the 3rd shift, 11:15 PM

•7:15 AM . Availability to work weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment . Previous experience as a translator or interpreter in a workplace setting. Experience supporting employee training or onboarding. Familiarity with manufacturing terminology, safety procedures, or production processes. #

FA Pay:

$20.00

•$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
