Pay Rate :

$22.00•$24.00 per hour, depending on shift

You'll be: Providing real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation during daily manufacturing operations Supporting communication between production employees, supervisors, team leads, and management Assisting employees with understanding work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and procedures Supporting onboarding and training activities to ensure clear understanding of job duties and workplace expectations Translating work-related documents, safety communications, and operational information as needed Maintaining a regular presence on the shop floor throughout your shift Developing an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to better support production teams This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Are fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills (must have) Have prior manufacturing or production experience (preferred, not required) Are able and willing to learn production processes and machine operation Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills Can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Are able to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per shift Are available to work weekends as needed Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
