full-time We are seeking a Russian Interpreter for a short-term, one-month project within a manufacturing facility. This individual will facilitate clear communication between Russian-speaking employees, contractors, and management to support daily operations, training, safety discussions, and project-related activities. Key Responsibilities Provide verbal interpretation between Russian and English for employees, supervisors, and project teams. Assist with communication during meetings, training sessions, and production floor activities. Interpret safety instructions, operational procedures, and workplace communications. Help translate basic written materials, including notices, procedures, and project documentation as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure effective communication throughout the project. Qualifications Fluency in both Russian and English (spoken and written). Previous interpretation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similar environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
