Based at our Stamford, CT facility , this position works closely with Magilla production teams to ensure camera, audio, lighting, and support gear is organized, operational, and ready for production. This is an in-person position and is not remote or hybrid. Responsibilities Manage equipment prep, checkout, returns, and inventory tracking. Prepare camera, audio, lighting, and support packages for shoots. Inspect returned equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements. Keep equipment organized, labeled, charged, tested, and production-ready. Coordinate equipment needs with production managers, coordinators, and field crews. Assist with purchasing, rentals, expendables, and production supplies. Coordinate equipment pickups, deliveries, and shipping. Maintain accurate records of equipment assignments, damages, repairs, and purchases. Anticipate equipment needs for upcoming productions and troubleshoot last-minute requests. Maintain relationships with rental houses, vendors, and repair facilities. Qualifications Experience in television, film, production equipment rental, broadcast, or a related environment preferred. Familiarity with professional camera, audio, lighting, and production equipment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable managing multiple productions and changing priorities. Experience with inventory or equipment-tracking systems preferred. Comfortable packing, organizing, and moving production equipment. Valid driver's license and ability to assist with local pickups and deliveries. Must be able to work full-time on-site in Stamford, Connecticut.
