We install professional Christmas light displays for residential and commercial properties throughout the Tampa area, including rooflines, trees, wreaths, garland, gates, and custom holiday designs. This position is hands-on and fast-paced. Team members will help install, service, remove, and organize holiday lighting and décor while maintaining a clean, professional job site and delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Install holiday lights and décor on homes, businesses, trees, gates, rooflines, and landscape areas Safely use ladders, basic tools, clips, cords, timers, and lighting materials Assist with loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining equipment Troubleshoot and replace lights or materials as needed Help with takedown and storage after the season Keep job sites clean and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Positive attitude and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred, but not necessary Previous experience with holiday lights, landscaping, construction, roofing, or exterior work is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Seasonal position with full-time hours available during peak installation and takedown season. Some weekends or longer days may be required based on project schedules. Full time landscape positions are available after the season.
